When Philippe Plunian created Bloomkeys in 2018, he was convinced that Pricing & Sales Excellence will increasingly become a major concern for B2B industrial & distribution companies. He wanted to position Bloomkeys as a boutique consulting firm that provides both business consulting & system integration services.
After a fruitful collaboration with Philippe on several assignment while he was VP Marketing of a 2.8B$ industrial leader company, Karim Boussabah decided to join forces with Philippe to scale up Bloomkeys and develop its strategic partnership with PriceFx , a leading Pricing Software company.
Thanks to its unique value proposition and its talented team, Bloomkeys has achieved more than 50% CAGR since 2019.

Philippe started his career as a business analyst at Sema Group, then held several operational positions at PPG Industries and AGC (Asahi Glass Company) as sales Head and BU director. He has developed and structured a worldwide business unit in automotive spare parts manufacturing and distribution.
He turned to consulting positions in 2000, working as director for several firms (Orgaconsultants, Why Consulting, Powering) on business strategies, business transformation and commercial excellence.
With a deep knowledge of different B2B sectors (building materials, equipment rental and maintenance, B2B distribution, waste management, logistics services, food ingredients), he has several years of experience in pricing and sales excellence.
He decided to create Bloomkeys, a consulting firm specialized in digital transformation that is partner with leading software vendors.

Capucine Reboul Salze
Capucine has a 15-year-strong pricing & project management expertise, built throughout a number of various environments.
She first acquired significant experience within the Air France – KLM Group, where she took on several positions for the Revenue Management and Pricing departments: flight revenue analysis and performance management, strategic network planning (i.e. ressource allocation and optimisation) as well as strategic pricing management.
She then joined Euromaster where she set up the pricing department on both B2C and B2B segments. She successfully led the integration of a new pricing tool with the aim of enhancing Sales portfolio business performance.
Capucine joined Bloomkeys in 2022 as a Consulting Director. As such, she oversees both audits and strategic recommendations, as well as more operational integration projects and pricing strategies implementation. Her sharp business insights combined with her attention to detail and full alignment with her clients’ interests guarantee a solid delivery and consistent results
Capucine has a master degree in Business Administration from ESCP Business School.
She is a karate black belt and passionate about mountaineering and ski.
Karim started his Career as consultant at Progress Management, a boutique consulting firm based in Paris. He led sales & distribution topics within SAP Implementation project mainly for Food & Pharmaceutical Industries.
After 5 years, Karim joined Verallia ( previously Saint Gobain Packaging) , where he held various position, from I.T project Management, Supply chain, Sales Excellence till reaching the role of Global VP of Marketing , reporting directly to the CEO.
As VP of Marketing , he participated in the I.P.O of Verallia into Paris SBF120 . He also led a global pricing excellence Initiative to implement Value Based Pricing strategies & Improve pricing execution & monitoring. He also supervised Pricefx implementation project in collaboration with Bloomkeys & Pricefx team.
After this successful career path at Verallia, he decided to come back to consulting & join Bloomkeys as Managing Partner in order to share his experience and help companies to achieve pricing & sales Excellence.
Karim has an Industrial Engineering Degree from Grenoble INP and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris
He is passionate about travel, electronic music & sports.
Tech Lead / CTO
Dhia has a strong I.T project management & development expertise, built throughout various projects.
He is a confirmed software developer specializing full-stack web development. Experienced with all stages of the development cycle for dynamic web projects & PriceFx implementation projects (Planning, implementation, deployment, test and maintenance).
He first acquired significant experience within Klee Group, where he worked mainly on large scale projects for french government
He joined Bloomkeys early 2020 as a Configuration engineer and then evolved in 2021 as Tech Lead.
He is now supervising & leading Pricefx implementation projects.
Dhia holds an I.T engineering degree from Telecom Sud Paris & ENSI Tunisia
He is passionate about Cycling, Music & Robotics.
